How do I set up and use my solar lanterns? Setting up your Stella lanterns is easy! Simply remove the plastic battery tab, turn the solar panel switch to “on,” install the internal lantern supports, and hang in direct sunlight (6 hours for best results) with the solar panel facing up. Once the sun goes down, the photosensor will turn the lanterns on automatically!

Can these lanterns be left outside year-round? Yes! Allsop Home & Garden lanterns are designed to survive the outdoors. Our fabrics are tough and our hardware is stainless steel. While they provide multiple years of service, some customers choose to take them down in winter—especially in areas with heavy snow and ice—to extend the life of the Tyvek® material.
