Simply turn the solar panel switch to the “on” position, then set or hang your lantern in a location that receives direct sunlight (6 hours is recommended for best results). Ensure the solar panel is facing upward toward the sun. Once the sun goes down and it reaches the proper level of darkness, the internal photosensor will trigger the light automatically!
